Tim Waterson created world record in single strokes during NAMM 2003. The record is quite unique as it was performed by "STANDING UP". Tim's idea was to show the amazing capabilities of vruk pedal. Entire record was played through vruk with minimal pressure to actual drum pedal footboard. That enabled the beater to freely bounce between Tim's toe and the bass drum.
This record is still " STANDING"

Mr Vruk pioneered Buzz Strokes on Kick, previously unheard in world of drums. To complement the new technique Mr Vruk created the Buzz Strokes Vruk World Record in 2006 of whopping 763 strokes on single kick. This remains the highest score ever produced on single kick
The Word of Skeptics: :What is the use of this, sounds totally broken
The Answer : Play buzz strokes with one hand only and it will sound broken. Split it to two hands and it would produce buzzroll or press roll. Split vruk buzz strokes to two kicks and it would produce kick buzzroll or crazy rhythmical patterns.
